How to track my order ?

Go to My Orders in your Royale Impero account to track your order.

What should I do if I missed the delivery of my order today ?

In case you missed the delivery, the logistic partner will try to deliver the product on the next business day and you will receive a call prior from our delivery team to schedule your delivery.

What should I do if the delivery of my order is delayed ?

We try our best to deliver your order on time. In the rare case, it happens that the order has been delayed. For that, our support team will be in touch with you through emails. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

How do I check the current status of my product ?

To check the current status of your product, login to Royale Impero Account and go to My Orders to see the current delivery status of your products.

When will my order ship ?

All orders ship in 1-3 business days.

My package shows delivered but I did not receive it ?

Occasionally, carriers will prematurely mark a package as delivered and it will show up a few days later. If it has not shown up within a day or two of delivery confirmation, please contact us, so we may sort it out with the carrier.

How can I change my delivery address ?

Send a mail to care@royaleimpero.com for that order and easily change your delivery address with the help of our support team.Within 24 hours of placing of order.

I am unable to check my order status or tracking what should I do ?

If you're not able to check your order status or tracking, kindly sent a mail or contact our support team.

PAYMENT AND INVOICES

At Royale Impero, You Can Shop With Any of the Following Options:

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards. Debit card with major banks.
  • Credit Card EMIs (Kotak, SBI, Axis, ICICI, HDFC, Citibank)
  • Wallets (Amazon Pay, UPI etc.)

Are there any EMI options available ?

EMI Facility is available for all Axis, HDFC, HSBC, ICICI, IndusInd, Kotak, and standard chartered cardholders. The current EMI facility is available for 3, 6, 9, 12 month installments.
We also provide No-Cost EMI option which is provided uniformly on minimum order or cart value of Rs.10,000 and is available for 3 months tenure only.

Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email ?

Royale Impero, never requests customers to share any of your personal details over email or phone.

Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking ?

Yes, it is completely safe to use credit card, debit card or net banking while shopping with Royale Impero.

What things should I keep handy for my online transaction ?

In case of online transactions:

  • For Credit Cards, we suggest you to keep your card which has the details of cardholder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.
  • For Debit Cards, we suggest you to keep your card which has the details of cardholder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So, in that case keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
  • For net banking, you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

Do you offer payment on delivery options (cash / card) ?

Yes, we do offer cash on delivery/card on delivery as payment options.

Can I change the billing name or shipping name in an invoice ?

Yes, the billing name or shipping name in an invoice can be changed by Sending a mail to support team.

How to create an account with Royale Impero ?

Click on the signup link, you can register from either of the following ways to get on board.

  • Manual form filling: You can manually fill up the form to register yourself by filling the general details.

Your Royale Impero account is now ready.

What can I do if my product is damaged ?

First off all, apologies if that happens. If you notice that you are facing issues with your product, please feel free to raise a return request.

PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Do I need to pre-wash my items ?

No, you do not. Please note that our items are not pre-shrunk.

How do I wash my items ?

Following these care instructions will help your Royale Impero items continue looking great after many washes.

  • Machine Wash on cold setting
  • Wash with similar items
  • No bleach
  • Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low temperature in dryer. Please note, shrinking may occur if being dried in the dryer. You may hang dry as well, however, in doing so this could result in your garment stretching.

How do I prevent shrinking ?

To avoid shrinkage, please lay flat to dry. If you can't air dry clothes, use a low heat setting on the dryer and remove the clothes while slightly damp and allow them to finish air drying. Excessive heat is hard on fabrics.

How do I stop my items fading ?

  • Wash in cold water, with similar items. Rule of thumb: the warmer the water, the quicker the fading
  • Wash lights, darks and whites separately
  • Wash clothes inside out

How do I stop my items stretching ?

  • Use cool water and do not hang the items while wet. Lay flat to dry. If you can't air dry clothes, use lower heat settings on the dryer and remove the clothes while slightly damp and allow them to finish air drying.

  • Avoid hanging after drying, instead fold them and store in drawers or on shelves to help maintain their shape.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change or cancel my order ?

We know mistakes happen. We use an automated fulfilment process, which allows us to pack and ship orders extremely quickly. Unfortunately, this does limit us on the amount of time we have to make edits to order. We are SUPER limited on making order changes, however, if you need to make changes to your order after it's been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Keep in mind once your order ships, we're unable to make changes. Check out our Return and Exchange Policy for more info, or reach out with questions.

When will my payment be refunded for a canceled order ?

If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only a pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.

If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.

DISCOUNTS

Where do I apply my discount code ?

From our site or App, under Checkout there will be a section labeled "Show Order Summary".
You'll want to expand that (if you're on a mobile device) and enter the promo code you have under Discount Code.

I forgot to apply for my discount, can you help me ?

Contact us directly at care@royaleimpero.com with the promo code you forgot to apply and we'll get you taken care of.

My promo code is not working, can you help me ?

Send over a screenshot of the promo code to our customer service team via chat or email at care@royaleimpero.com.

Does my promo code have exclusions ?

  • Promo codes cannot be used on sale and clearance items.
  • Promos are limited to one per order.
