Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping to most locations in India. We usually dispatch products that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order.
We offer product exchanges and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Products marked as Final sale can not be returned or exchanged once delivered.A return order is ineligible for exchange if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at email@example.com from the email you placed the order with. As business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
